The Welding School project by Build with MD highlights our expertise in commercial construction and technical facility build-outs across the Pittsburgh region. This 5,000-square-foot commercial project required full-scope construction services, from foundational work to complete interior finishing, delivering a durable and functional learning environment.

Build with MD provided footings and foundation construction, structural framing, and thermal protection throughout the entire building to ensure energy efficiency and long-term performance. The scope also included a full interior build-out through final paint, along with the installation of commercial door frames and hardware designed to withstand heavy daily use.
