The Homewood Sports Complex is a large-scale commercial construction project delivered by Build with MD, showcasing expertise in athletic facility construction and durable, high-performance building systems. This 10,000-square-foot sports complex was designed to support community recreation and multi-use programming, featuring a regulation football field, on-site pool, and multiple supporting structures.
The project includes CMU concrete block wall construction for long-term structural integrity, safety, and low-maintenance performance. Build with MD completed the installation of three separate roofing systems, ensuring weather resistance and longevity across all facility buildings. Each component was constructed to meet commercial building standards while supporting heavy daily use.
